As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Simply complete the return/exchange form and send it along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing materials).

Unworn merchandise (with tags) purchased at full retail price and returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by original invoice. After 30 days, the current selling price will be credited if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 20 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. After 20 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.

For your convenience, a pre-paid UPS return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and take it to a local UPS pickup location. Your package will be returned to us via UPS.

An $8.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns. This amount will be deducted from the credit issued against the purchase of the garment.

We will deduct $8 from your order refund as a re-stocking fee. To order a replacement garment, please fill out the return for for your exchange. Contact a Customer Service Representative at 800.598.0451 or e-mail us at nicklaus@hmxsportswear.com with any questions. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?

If Jack Nicklaus Sportswear makes a permanent price reduction on a product featured on our web store you may request reimbursement for the price difference within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Please note that promotional sales prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded from this guarantee.
